Ever wondered if the multivitamin tablet you take every morning is packing any punch? The answer’s yes. The facts
The participants were measured at the beginning of the study, and at the end of the 28 days. Blood biomarkers, mood, cognitive performance and functional brain activity were all measured. These are the key markers that indicate body and brain performance in most people, on a daily basis. Put simply, people participating in the study were measured on concentration, focus, feelings of calm or anxiety, as well as general health.

Investigators conducting the study measured the actual brain working, using fMRI technology. That means they could see the changes happening in front of them. And the changes were impressive.

Hard proof
The participants who took Berocca® for 28 days showed increased levels of vitamin B. This is beneficial, as vitamin B is responsible for maintaining healthy blood and cells.

Participants who took Berocca® also shared they felt a lift in overall mood – they felt more positive, and had fewer feelings of anxiety, depression or dejection.
